For new parcels there can be a delay between the time the new geography is created and the attributes are entered in to the source system by the appropriate department.
This lag is most visible in the district attributes. District attributes in all caps are based on the County Clerk's data. Mixed case text is based the GIS district layers and reflect the last known district attribute for the area (based on the parent parcel's tax code) and may change once the County Clerk assigns a tax code to the new parcels.
As this data represents a snapshot of data that is always being edited, there may be gaps or missing information in areas being worked on.
